Description
Nether Fortresses are massive structures essential for game progression. They're the only place where Blazes spawn naturally, which are necessary for crafting Eyes of Ender and brewing stands. These structures feature multiple levels connected by stairs and bridges. Fortresses contain various halls and corridors, including Blaze spawners, Nether Wart farms, and treasure rooms. They're populated by hostile mobs like Blazes, Wither Skeletons, and regular Skeletons.
How to Find
Nether Fortresses generate in any Nether biome. They're large dark red structures made of Nether Bricks that stretch across lava oceans. The easiest way to find them is to travel along the X-axis (East/West) in the Nether, as Fortresses tend to generate in strips along this direction. Look for their distinctive dark red coloring against the Netherrack landscape.
